CLEARING ENERGETIC AND EMOTIONAL BLOCKS; SITTING IN SACRED CEREMONY

I offer a deeply personal and tailored experience. I hold space as a shamanic practitioner.

  • SITTING WITHA HEALER - One-Hour Session. I’ll listen and hold space for you. Then, I’ll offer a tailored, guided experience. d. I recommend having water nearby and allowing yourself time for journaling and integration following the session. $111.

  • SOUL RETRIEVAL - Sometimes our hearts break a little; trauma feels too much. We get ourselves stuck in a loop of guilt, insecurity, fear or detachment. And we continue in our lives without truly dealing with that issue. It happens to all of us - a snag in life creates a snag in our energy field. So, let’s address that issue.

    At the start of the session, we talk. Feel free to join with some tea, hot chocolate or water - I’ll start out by inviting you to talk about your goals, priorities and/or intentions. I’ll hold space as you open the door to healing. Then, with your permission, I’ll journey to locate where your energy issue resides and reclaim your energy/soul piece for you. All that you have to do is wait while I’m journeying. While you wait, please make yourself comfortable by reading or doing something else that helps you to pass the time. When I return, I’ll share the story of healing, have you affirm that you are accepting the healing and blow your energy piece back in (smooth that energy snag). YOU are always engaged and a necessary part of any healing.

    This work is intense energy work. It can lead to major shifts for you. I’ll provide you with some suggestions for integration. I recommend allowing yourself time for journaling and integration following the session. $300.

  • INTEGRATION SESSION (45 min.). I’m happy to schedule a separate session if you seek additional guidance with integration, recognizing that integration is a fundamental part of our evolutionary journey. I’m happy to hold an integration ceremony for you. I’ll also provide you with additional exercises, rituals or a tailored meditation to help you further integrate/move forward on your path. $75

Energy MEDICINE PACKAGE

You deserve a tailored experience and sometimes, you’d like to have a series of sessions. I offer packages of three, one-hour sessions. These sessions flow from our discussions and my intuition/feedback from Source. I may be bringing in dimensional energies, consulting with the Akashic Records or simply channeling healing energy. We can work on a shadow issue - taking steps to alchemize wounding into wisdom. These sessions are intended to offer you insight, to promote your soul’s growth and/or to provide energetic healing. (Distance is not an obstacle for energy work.) Sessions include tips for you in integrating the healing energy.

I’m happy to arrange a package for you. Please note that these services are separate from soul retrievals. I will give you advice on integration, which is part of the process of energetic healing. If you prefer to follow up and have a separate integration session, please feel free to schedule an integration session roughly a week after we meet (if it’s a package, after we meet for the final session).
